Asbestos abatement and renovation of a multi-residential development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for asbestos abatement for a multi-residential development; and one-story above grade multi-residential development.
The purpose of this work is to provide a hazard free base for Construction Operations to install new flooring on the 2nd floor hallways/common area. The current flooring is glued down carpet over glued down VCT. The 12" x 12" VCT mastic tested positive for asbestos and will need to be professionally removed by a certified company.
