The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting bids for delivery of stone (PennDOT #3A coarse aggregate modified). The 3A modified aggregate is to be delivered and tailgate spread on an existing road on State Game Lands #61 at the direction of PGC personnel. The materials and delivery must comply with the requirements of this state contract. Duration: Upon Award through 6/30/23 Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Rodney Mee, Land Management Group Supervisor at 570-660-9416. Bids must be submitted on the form provided and submitted according to the directions on the bid form. A map and document showing the project site and stone delivery requirements is included. Please note the #3A Modified Coarse Aggregate is to be delivered to the site between March 27th and June 30th, 2023 at the request of Land Manger Rodney Mee. Any required or applicable road bonding for deliveries will be the responsibility of the winning bidder and evidence of such shall be provided to the Land Manager before deliveries begin. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Bid results will be awarded through the Pa Supplier Portal. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. The Purchase Order process will take up to 4 weeks and no work incident to the award may take place until the Purchase Order is in place
