Renovation of an educational facility in Huntington, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Complete removal and replacement of mechanical equipment and associated controls throughout the building. Complete removal and replacement of penthouse cladding and roofing systems and all other associated work as shown in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the Architect with all blanks filled in. Bid Form and other documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the Bidders name, addressed to Huntington County Community School Corporation, and shall be identified as "HNHS - Mechanical and Controls Replacement." Each bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit as provided by law. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified Cashier's Check or Financial Surety Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid, made payable to the Huntington County Community School Corporation to guarantee the School Corporation against default by such Bidder in complying with the terms of this notice and of its Bid. Bids received after the designated time for closing will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the designated time, but no bids may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after opening of bids. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A 100% Performance Bond, will be required as part of each bid. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material and services necessary to complete each project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as prepared and on file in the office of Viridian Architectural Design, Inc. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Each bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents and Specifications. The failure of omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to their bid.
