SCOPE AND SPECIFICATIONS a. Scope of Services 1. YES Prep Public Schools is requesting formal proposals for fire alarm, burglary alarm and elevator alarm monitoring for its 24 sites (22 campuses, 1 alternative learning center and 1 administrative building). New campuses in the future will be added to the contract with the same terms and conditions. 2. The vendor selected will be able to provide: A. 24/7 fire, burglary and elevator monitoring for a combination of analog POTS lines and mobile dialers. The breakdown of the lines monitored per site are listed below. B. Event-based video monitoring. The district currently utilizes interior and exterior Axis and Hanwha cameras through the Genetec Security system. We do not currently have two-way audio on exterior cameras, aside from the front doorbell. If additional hardware or software is required, it is to be included in the proposal. Question Deadline 03/17/2023 at 5:00 PM CT - Late submittals will not be considered and will be discarded. YES Prep is not responsible for the lateness of U.S. Mail, professional (commercial) carrier, personal delivery, etc. The time/date stamp clock in the YES Prep's Purchasing Office shall be the official date and time of receipt of each proposal.
