NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $45 million. PROJECT INFORMATION/STATEMENT OF TASK: The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete work for project 509-23-101, Renovate Public Restrooms, per the provided drawings and specifications, and statement of work. Work will consist of demolition and renovation of approximately 3,000 square feet within building 801. As demonstrated in construction drawings and specifications, the renovation will include the renovation of existing public restrooms and the construction of two new restrooms. The project is broken into multiple phases and can be coordinated with the COR. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
