ODOT, on behalf of the Oregon Department of Aviation, is seeking one qualified contractor to perform clearing and tree removal at the Mulino Airport. See attachments for additional information. The Oregon Department of Aviation encourages all Bidders to take active race/gender neutral steps to include disadvantaged business enterprises ("DBE") in this and other airport contracts. Race/gender neutral steps include (but are not limited to) unbundling large contracts, subcontracting work the prime contractor may otherwise self-perform, providing bonding or financing assistance, and providing technical assistance. The DBE contract goal for this project is 3.4%. PROJECT START DATE (for onsite work): 10 calendar days after ODAV's issuance of Notice to Proceed SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 60 calendar days after ODAV's issuance of Notice to Proceed FINAL COMPLETION: 75 calendar days after ODAV's issuance of Notice to Proceed Deadline for questions or requests for clarification - 5 calendar days prior to the Bid Opening Deadline for Award protest - 5 calendar days after issuance of the notice of intent to award.
