Site work and paving for a civil project in Grants, New Mexico. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

BASE BID: The project work includes the replacement of 7,734 LF of sewer through open trench along NMDOT road of Santa Fe Avenue, as indicated in the planset, as well as reconnecting 26 sanitary service connections. Work throughout the project site will require removal and replacement of 5 IN asphalt pavement of 6980 SY. Project also includes the full replacement of manholes through installation of 30 new manholes, removal and disposal of 16 existing manholes, and abandonment of 13 existing manholes. ADDITIVE ALTERNATE #1: The project work includes the replacement of 8,299 LF of existing sewer through pipe bursting, replacement of 1,167 LF ofsewer through open trench, as indicated in the planset, as well as reconnecting of 102 service connections. Work throughout the project site will require removal and replacement of 3 IN asphalt pavement of 1067 SY. An additional 1,547 LF of existing sewer will require additionalslope verification and site investigation prior to replacement through pipe bursting. Project also includes the rehabilitation of 41 manholes by performing minor structural repairs such as regrouting, full replacement of 8 manholes through new installation, removal and disposal of 4 existing manholes, abandonment of 10 existing manholes, and an additional 2 manholes needing rim, cover, and collar replacements. ADDITIVE ALTERNATE #2: The project work includes the replacement of 3,551 LF of existing sewer through pipe bursting, replacement of 307 LF of sewer through open trench, as indicated in the planset, as well as reconnecting of 41 service connections. Work throughout the project site will require removal and replacement of 3 IN asphalt pavement of 307 SY. An additional 1,355 LF of existing sewer will require additional slope verification and site investigation prior to replacement through pipe bursting. Project also includes the rehabilitation of 17 manholes by performing minor structural repairs such as reg routing, full replacement of 5 manholes through new installation, removal and disposal of 1 existing manhole, abandonment of 2 existing manholes, and an additional 23 manholes needing rim, cover, and collar replacements.
