Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Grants, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION OF PROJECT: The project is located in the City of Grants and work includes erection of a 240 x 360 steel building, drilling of pier foundations, placement of 1,420 cu yards of concrete, electrical improvements, demolition of existing and installation of new utilities, construction of new parking lot and associated earthwork. This project is funded by Capital Outlay Funding: DFA/ LGD 20-E2506. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing, via email, to caitlinp@smithengineering.pro no later than November 22, 2023. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner or Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda no later than November 28, 2023. Questions received after the deadline for written questions as stated in the bid, will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
