As of November 8, 2024, the project was awarded to Next Era Contracting, Inc. - $$242,500 Con Tech Building Systems, - $$2,500,000.00 Pipeline Mechanical of Plattsburgh, LLC - $583,000.00 Pipeline Mechanical of Plattsburgh, LLC 172,000.00, with an total awarded amount of $3,497,500. This project is being financed with federal funds and it is the policy of Essex County to encourage the greatest possible participation of minorities and women-owned business enterprises. The Contractor, by bidding on the contract acknowledges his/her understanding and support for this policy and pledges to fully cooperate with Essex County in meeting the requirements as set forth in the Bidding and Contracting documents.
