PLAN FILE NO 654-178/208 Engineers Construction Estimate. $1,125,000.00 The improvements include scarification of existing asphalt streets, furnish and place Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), furnish and place pavement markings, traffic control and other incidental items, all in accordance with the contract documents, including Plan File No. 654-178/208, at the following locations and other locations directed by the Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa : 1. 43th Street - Ingersoll Avenue to Grand Avenue 2. 27th Street and Lincoln Avenue - Allison Avenue to 26th Street 3. Center Street - 12th Street to 15th Street 4. Pioneer Road - SE 6th Street to Indianola Avenue 5. Watrous Avenue - SW 14th Street to Fleur Drive 6. SW 10th Place - Southdale Drive to County Line Road 7. SW 11th Street - Southdale Drive to County Line Road.
