Renovation of a municipal facility in Mandeville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Parish Government requires carpet removal and replacement, interior repainting, and vinyl floor removal and replacement located at Building A Council Office and Conference Room 21490 Koop Drive, Mandeville, LA 70471. Contractor shall be responsible for all work, labor, tools, equipment, services, materials and permits necessary to complete the work. Contractor shall also be responsible for removing and replacing furniture as needed to perform work as described. Performance Bond For projects costing twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) or more, the successful Respondent shall be required to provide a performance (surety) bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%)
