Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Denver, Colorado. Design plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of August 1, 2024, this project is in the design phase. Construction is anticipated for the second half of 2025. The City and County of Denver (“City”), Denver Parks and Recreation (“DPR”) and the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (“DOTI”) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications from teams to provide Landscape, Architectural, and Engineering Professional services for 47th and Walden Park. The scope of design services includes development of the concept plans through schematic design and design development, preparation of construction documents, coordination with the selected General Contractor or Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), and construction administration through project completion. The contract goal for MWBE participation twenty-four percent (24%).
