Reference Number: 0000313433 This request is for a competitive RFP to select a qualified consultant to provide on-call environmental consulting services at Denver International Airport (DEN). The provided consulting services will include stormwater permitting at DEN, which includes industrial, MS4, and sanitary contribution activities and support other environmental programs. These services are necessary due to anticipated regulatory changes with the reissuance of current DEN stormwater and sanitary contribution permits and associated compliance documentation. The consultant will provide program review and update processes and documentation for the impending reissuance of DEN’s Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit (eff. 2009; exp 2014; admin extended) and Metro Wastewater Discharge Permit (eff. 2018; exp 2023), and the recently reissued CCD MS4 Permit. The consultant will also provide support to DEN's other environmental programs related to storage tanks, PFAS, SPCC, hazardous waste, and spill response activities.
