This Request for Quotations (the RFQ) is an invitation by the City of Cambridge (the City) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for CCTV Inspections of Sewers - Sanitary Sewers, Service Laterals and Storm Sewers, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The successful respondent shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment and material necessary to complete the flushing, cleaning and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of sanitary sewers, service laterals and storm sewers as per Canadian Edition of PACP (CSA PLUS 4012 as published by CSA). For the purposes of this procurement process, the RFQ Contact will be: Knick Dawe Procurement Coordinator dawek@cambridge.ca Respondents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the City, other than the RFQ Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFQ. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the respondent and the rejection of the respondents quotation.
