The materials and services required are as follows: Vermillion Landfill Leachate Pond 2 Construction The project constist of construction of new Leachate Pond 2, leachate discharge vault, and other miscellaneous items as indicated on the Construction Drawings. Work for this shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, storage facilities, services, and supplies required to complete the following: Mobilization, mass soil excavation and embankment fill, subgrade preparation, installation of liner system, leak detection sump, leachate forcemain piping, leachate discharge vault, construction of access road and fence, erosion control and restoration, and any other work detailed in the project drawings and project manual.
