Victoria Square Boulevard Road Improvement Construction (Phase 1) consist of road construction and improvements from Woodbine Ave (south) to Elgin Mills Rd, a length of approximately 1.8 km. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. A prequalification for General Contractors was issued and closed March 28, 2024 (RFP 055-P-24). A tender is expected sometime in 2026. Updates will be made at that time.
