Victoria Square Boulevard Road Improvements Phase 2 from Elgin Mills Rd to Woodbine Ave North. The project’s scope is to transform the VSB corridor into a fully urbanized section, complete with active transportation facilities for both pedestrian and cyclist use (in the form of a sidewalk and separate cycle track), as well as to construct storm sewers and watermains. TIMELINE: Plans are complete. Phase 1 tender for construction has been issued & closes May 12. Construction planned for 2026-July 2029. Phase 2 will occur after it is complete.
