Site work for a mixed-use development in Didsbury, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Government of Alberta (The Province) requires construction services for the improvement of the HWY 582 & 23 Street intersection in the Town of Didsbury (The Town), Alberta. The Project includes, but is not limited to, the following scope of work: 1. Intersection and approach upgrading; 2. Access removal; 3. Access construction; 4. Cold milling; 5. Sideslope improvements; 6. Removal and replacement of existing 300mm storm culvert with 600mm culvert; 7. Grading Ditches for Water Drainage; 8. Supply and installation of type C catch basins including 300mm CB leads, concrete flared end surrounded with Riprap; 9. Supply and installation of concrete roadworks including 250mm standard curbs, and gutter; 10. Supply and installation of asphalt roadworks including sub grade, sub base, base, asphalt; 11. Painting roadway lines and markings; 12. Landscape rehabilitation including loaming, seeding, and maintenance; 13. All other civil works related to the completion of the project.
