Ellwood City Borough - FY2021 Street Improvement Project (7th Street, Woodland, Park, Bell, 10th Street) Each Qualifying Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, payable to The County of Lawrence, in the amount equal to 10% of the total bid, comply with Davis- Bacon and Related Acts and Section 3 Minority Business Enterprise and/or Women Business Enterprise. A Questionnaire and Pre-Qualification Statement accompanies the Bid Documents. All documents pertaining to the pre-qualifying process shall be due at the mandatory pre-bid meeting to participate in this bidding procedure Bids must be sealed and marked "Ellwood City Borough - FY2021 Street Improvement Project" and addressed to Lawrence County Controllers Office, 430 Court Street, New Castle, PA 16101.
