Water & Wastewater budgets annually for watermain renewals and has identified the opportunity to partner with both a Consultant and a Contractor to complete this work over the next 2 years. By utilizing a multi-year contract, we hope to learn and develop with the successful Contractor to improve based on the previous year's struggles and wins. The scope of this project is to supply all equipment, labour, temporary water, reconnection of services, restoration, and materials for yearly construction projects. A project debrief meeting will be expected yearly with the City and Consultant. The Contractor will be expected to attend design review meetings and provide insight and expertise.
