Renovation of a municipal facility in Pahrump, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of May 3 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Access work to include re piping and any necessary duct relocation to accommodate the project must be included in the bid. Detailed specifications must be provided in the bid for any proposed alternative replacement parts. The estimated cost of this project is $400,000.00. As such, it will be a prevailing wage job. Work on this project may begin on May 26th 2023 and the work must be complete no later than June 30th 2024. Contractors wishing to bid on this project must be currently licensed per Nevada Law. Bids must include the following information: Above listed public works number, Job completion date, any descope amendments and date thereof, pertinent warranty information on parts and labor. In addition, bids must include acknowledgement of compliance with the Byrd act, the clean water act, the clean air act, and OSHA certification. The award of the contract is expected to be April 27th 2023 following the Board of Trustees monthly meeting. This date may be revised by the District. Nye County School district reserves the right to reject any bid, and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Nye County School District. The Nye County School District further retains the right to waive any irregularities within a submitted bid.
