Site work for a water / sewer project in Greendale, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Greendale Redevelopment Commission reserves the right to hold any or all bids or proposals for a period of not more than sixty (60) days and said bids or proposal shall remain in full force and effect during said period A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds each worth 100% of the Bid will be required of the successful Bidder The Project includes the following Work Installation of approximately 200 linear feet of new 12- inch PVC gravity sewer inside a 24-inch steel casing installed via jack-and-bore under the G&W railroad and Belleview Drive. The project also includes installation of approximately 200 linear feet of new 15-inch PVC gravity sewer to replace existing 10-inch and 12-inch gravity sewers, manholes, manhole coatings and internal drops, and associated site restoration Owner anticipates that the Project total bid price will be approximately $600,000. The Project has an expected duration of 180 days Term of the Construction Contract plus a period of twelve (12) months from the date of substantial completion
