The Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School (ENSATS) District, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for Alumni Gym HVAC & Electrical Upgrades, Contract Documents prepared by Gienapp Architects, LCC, 20 Conant Street, Danvers, MA 01923. The project consists of upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems at the ENSATS Alumni Gym Building, including demolition and removal of existing equipment, including equipment in Gallant Hall, and installation of new equipment along with a new smoke detection system. General Bidders must be DCAMM-certified in HVAC. 5% Bid Bond required. 100% Payment & 100% Performance Bonds required upon award of contract. Prevailing wages apply. All plan holders must provide two (2) email addresses to receive notifications and update information, including addenda, on this project. Addenda will be sent via email to all plan holders. Bid awards are made by the Director of Business Operations subject to the approval of the Essex North Shore Agricultural & Technical School District Committee.
