Site work and paving for a civil project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of installation of new water mains on Buxton Road, Isbister Street and Riley Crescent within the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Installation of approximately 1380m of 150mm to 200mm PVC water main by trenchless methods; (b) Abandonment of existing water mains as required; (c) Removal/abandonment of existing hydrant assemblies and gate valves as required; (d) Installation of valves and hydrant assemblies; (e) Reconnection and/or renewal of water services connections; (f) Restoration of pavement and boulevards. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
