Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 87,883-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Prairie Architects Inc. (PAI) on behalf of the owner of the project, the Seven Oaks School Division ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a new K-8 Dual Track School located in the intersection of Murray Avenue and Mira Gate, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). PAI is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be: Contract Administrator: Jake MacLeod Email: jake@prairiearchitects.ca Deadline for questions March 29, 2023. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at jake@prairiearchitects.ca. Prairie Architects Inc. (PAI) will only address questions that were sent to this email address. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Bid value not released for publication.
