Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 18, 2023 this project has been awarded to Caldwell Paving's for $472,540.01** This request for quotes(RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified vendors for site work related to paving at the project sites noted above. The specific project provisions can be found in Attachment A and the Site Improvements Supplemental Documents. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at the above address. All bids must conform to the requirements presented in the Instructions to Bidders, Attachment A, and the Supplemental Documents of this RFQ. To facilitate evaluation, all bids must be submitted on the form provided in this document as Attachment B. Bids not in conformity may be rejected. Additional brochures and descriptive material may be included. The Bradley County Board of Education reserves the right to use judgment factors in determining which proposal shall be in its best interest, and exercise of that judgment shall be binding upon all companies submitting bids.
