Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes installation of approximately 785 feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main, 550 feet of 30-inch HDPE pipe culvert, 69 feet of 30-inch concrete pipe culvert and necessary appurtenances. The project is located at the intersection of Dalton Pike SE and Blackburn Rd SE in Cleveland, TN. Cleveland Utilities will maintain a plan holders list so that any addendums can be distributed in a timely manner No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Matt Bolt. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirement of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex,national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy
