Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
CLEVELAND UTILITIES Water & Wastewater Division will be accepting sealed bids for roofing repairs and a three-year service agreement for four roof sections located at 2435 Guthrie A ve NW. Contractor is fully responsible for making sure sealed bid is delivered to Cleveland Utilities by the closing date and time. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All bidders must be licensed Contractors in compliance with all requirement of the State of Tennessee Contractors Licensing Act. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
