Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Upland Design Group, Inc. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the scope of work and to provide an opportunity for bidders to ask questions about the project. Bidders will not be allowed access to the construction areas following the pre-bid meeting and should come to the pre-bid meeting prepared to perform field verification necessary to prepare their bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of bidder's bond executed by the bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Tennessee, for the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to execute an AIA A312 Performance Bond in the amount of One Hundred (100%) of the contract price. Bonds must be accompanied by Power of Attorney.
