Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This request for qualifications (RFQ) is submitted and available to qualified consultants for design services for the design and specification of audio, video, & lighting ("AVL") systems for the PIE Innovation Center located at 2409 Parker St NE, Cleveland, TN 37311. The specific project requirements can be found in Attachment A. All responses must conform to the requirements presented in the Instructions and Attachment A of this RFQ. To facilitate evaluation, all responses must be submitted in the order and format provided in this document as Attachment B. Additional brochures and descriptive material may be included. The Bradley County Board of Education reserves the right to use judgement factors in determining which responses shall be in its best interest, and exercise of that judgement shall be binding upon all respondents.
