Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work under this Contract involves the permanent hard surface restorations of utility cuts, new transit pad construction and miscellaneous maintenance repairs of roads, sidewalks (including trails and pathways), curbs, maintenance holes, catch-basins, driveways and boulevards. The identified locations will be throughout the designated areas identified on the attached maps and will vary in size including numerous small repairs. The Contractor agrees to assign sufficient crews to complete all the Work Orders as assigned.
