The Corporation of the City of Mississauga ("the City") is seeking the services from a qualified Supplier to provide scheduled and on-demand tractor grass cutting services which will include tractor grass cutting, grass cutting, with litter picking and hard surface maintenance that will be mapped for various locations across the city. It is the City's intent to award Contract(s) for approximately three (3) years; 4 cutting seasons starting in 2023 and ending December 31, 2026. To be considered for Contract award, Bidder(s) must demonstrate: Be readily available to undertake Contract requirements; Have been in the business of landscaping turf maintenance for a minimum of the last five (5) years; Have been operating under the same company name for at least the last five (5) years; Supervisory staff assigned to the City's Contract have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in turf maintenance and landscaping; They have relevant experience (with contracts of comparable size, scope and complexity) with a minimum of one municipal or public agency contract successfully completed (within the last three years); Have staff (including dedicated crews and administrative staff) and capacity to properly service and administer the Contract, with a minimum of five (5) full time staff, a minimum of one (1) supervisor and two ( 2 ) crew leads; Health and Safety program in place.
