Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to procure for the Corporation of the City of Mississauga, the Construction of a new park called "Marina Park" south of Lakeshore Road along the west banks of the Credit River in Port Credit. Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the work includes: precast electrical servicing building, granular fill, (2) parking lots, storm water management, bioswale, protection of existing infrastructure, (2) permanent structures, adjustment of existing pedestrian bridge, concrete foundations, possibly helical piles, floating boat docks/ramps and secure entry gates/fencing, topsoil, planting, grading, compaction testing, temporary construction hoarding.
