Renovation of an educational facility in Sykesville, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions and inquiries are to be directed to the Purchasing Office, Carroll County Public Schools, 125 North Court Street, Westminster, MD 21157. All questions are to be in writing and emailed to Cindy Reilly, crreill@carrollk12.org and Jenny Yingling, jlyingl@carrollk12.org and received no later than April 12, 2023. Such question(s) will be reviewed and where information is sought is not clearly indicated or specified, the Purchasing Office will issue clarification via a written addendum which will then become a part of the bid and contract. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal to establish a contract to Furnish and Install a Dish Machine at South Carroll High School, 1300 West Old Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, and services required to furnish, deliver, and a install Hobart Dish Machines at South Carroll High School, all in accordance with the attached terms, specifications and general conditions. On-site work will be coordinated with the Supervisor of Food Services (contract administrator) to be completed by August 12, 2023. Partial payment can be made on Purchase Orders for equipment upon arrival.
