Site work for a mixed-use development in Darien Center, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
A new playground will be installed at Darien Lakes State Park, north of Harlow Lake. The project will include play equipment installation, landscaping, site work, and drainage work. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 10% Contract term: 365 days ach bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of: $12,893.00 Engineer's Cost Estimate Range: $219,181.00 - $296,539.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). $1,500.00 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All Requests for Information (RFIs) are due by: 12:00PM on 03/29/2023
