Site work and paving for a road / highway in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The General Contractor will be asked to monitor and participate in all aspects of the site restoration and horizontal construction and site preparation in 2023. The 2023 preparation will prepare for foundation development and receipt of the modular units as soon as practicable in 2024. 2023 and 2024 improvements and future funding considerations currently planned will include the following: Water Services (Installed by the CHA or Contractor) Tie-in to existing 8" water mains adjacent to the site construction Extension of water services to each townhome site Installation of valves and valve boxes Fire hydrants w/guard Asphalt repair Sewer Services (Installed by the CHA or Contractor) Tie-in to 8" sewer main with a 6" lateral up the center of the property and between the 4 - five plex units Install manholes Extension of 4" sewer services to each townhome Asphalt repair Asphalt Street Installation to Parking Area (Installed by the CHA or Contractor) Curb & Gutter Repairs and Preparation for New Street (Installed by the City or Contractor) Ground Prep & Elevation Enhancement (Contracted by the City or GC) Qualification Questions Deadline March 23, 2023 *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
