As of June 12, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to April 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Bid net reference No: 0000313786 The scope of this RFP includes the design for the construction of the Lower Clear Creek (LCC) Diversion Flow Measurement Improvements at Brannan Lakes and West Gravel Lakes (WG). Each structure currently measures flow using a Parshall flume the flow is too turbulent upstream of the flume to provide accurate flow measurement. Structure improvements to provide laminar flow prior to the existing Parshall flume or new flow measurement device improvements are required to more accurately measure flow. Electronic proposals shall be submitted/uploaded to BidNetDirect.com website in response to this solicitation Or Physical proposals may be submitted by mail or courier service Or Physical Proposals will be received in the Contract Administration Office, 9500 Civic Center Drive , 2nd Floor City Hall , Thornton , CO 80229-4326.
