Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The HRCA owns the Fifty Point Conservation Area (FPCA), located on the border of Stoney Creek and Grimsby, along the Lake Ontario shoreline. Within FPCA there is an active marina with a commercial restaurant (Limani), which is operated by a third-party lease of the HRCA. The restaurant requires kitchen exhaust and ventilation upgrades to improve air circulation while in operation and to meet current applicable codes and standards.
