Question Deadline: Wed Mar 22, 2023 11:59:00 PM (EDT) The Board invites qualified Bidders to Tender for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment and services required for Michaëlle Jean Elementary School Benchmark Project in accordance with the Specifications and drawings prepared by the Consultant, Grguric Architect Inc. a. Corridor renovations, including new ceiling and lighting. b. Gym renovations, including new gym flooring, and new protective wall padding. c. Washroom renovations (Rooms 113,115,116,104,124,123), including new fixtures, toilet partitions, paint, installation of ceiling, new lighting, ventilation system and modifications to existing masonry partition layout to provide accessibility. d. Replacement of all exterior window and doors, including the following: i. Demolition of existing windows, exterior doors and door assemblies; ii. Supply and installation of new operable double-glazed windows including insect screens; iii. Incorporate any existing penetrations; iv. Supply and installation of new window coverings; v. Supply and install of exterior doors and door assemblies including hardware and security tags and swipes.
