Question Deadline: Fri Mar 31, 2023 12:00:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 1The Work involved in this Contract is for the removal of existing fencing and replacement with decorative metal fencing at Glanbrook Cemetery located at; 4350 Binbrook Rd, Binbrook, ON L0R 1C0 and Fairgrounds Community Park located at; 305 Fall Fair Way, Binbrook, ON L0R 1C0. Bidders are advised of the following contract requirements for this Request for Tenders Bid security: $20,000.00. The City will only accept a digital bid bond in an electronically verifiable and enforceable (e-Bond) format. Performance and/or Labour and Material Payment Security Successful Bidder to provide: Performance security (bond only accepted): 50% of the Total Contract Price. Successful Bidder to provide: Labour and Material Payment security (bond only accepted): 50% of the Total Contract Price. There are no scheduled site meetings for this Request for Tenders. In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001 (ODA) and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the City of Hamilton will accommodate for a disability, ensuring full and equitable participation throughout the bid process. If a Bidder requires this Request for Tenders in a different format to accommodate a disability, the Bidder must contact the Procurement Specialist as soon as possible and in any event prior to the closing date. The Request for Tenders in the different format will be issued only to the requesting Bidder and all Addenda will be issued in such different format only to the requesting Bidder. This Request for Tenders is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Award subject to final approval
