Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work under this Contract is to replace the roofing at the 100-series roof sections at the Traffic Operations Centre located at 1375 Upper Ottawa Street, Hamilton. The 200- series roof sections are included as Provisional Items. The completed Work shall provide a durable, water and air-tight assembly with continuous thermal insulation and adequate rainwater drainage.
