Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Weston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the Town of Weston DPW Road Resurfacing and Maintenance Program Services, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications. The said Documents, Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. Road Resurfacing and Maintenance Program Services includes road profiling, road reclamation, sidewalk work, and drainage improvements as directed by the Department of Public Works. The Work consists of road resurfacing and maintenance services, including the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for the road resurfacing and maintenance work described in Items 1 thru 30 of the Specifications and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Massachusetts Highway Department prequalification is required for services required under Item 1 of the Specifications. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
