Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project involves construction of a new park at 1 Cook Street in Adams. The park will include an off-leash dog area, a plaza, green spaces, a pollinator garden, sitting areas and a central walkway. Work will include demolition, site regrading, installation of new drainage, electrical conduit, grass, stone and other surface treatments, stabilization and restoration of various concrete structures, fencing, installation of site furniture and seating, and associated work.
