The Hancock County Commission is taking bids for cleaning services at five (5) county owned locations. The County's desire is for the buildings to cleaned continuously to maintain a professional and well-kept appearance. There is no guarantee of frequency or zone. The County reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the locations of work during the life of this award. At any time during this term, Hancock County will reserve the right to delete any areas listed, or to add additional buildings. Should buildings be deleted the corresponding fee shall also be deleted. Should items be added, the awarded bidder will be given an opportunity to visit the requested area and submit the best price using the specifications given. The County reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to the locations of work during the life of this award. o Awarded bidder(s) will be notified after the Commission meeting on Thursday, April 6, 2023. The successful bidder shall be prepared to enter into a ten (10) year contract with The Hancock County Commission for cleaning service within the County. There will be the opportunity to renew the contract every two (2) years.
