To be considered, the company must comply with the restrictions and conditions provided for in the tender documents, including the following: The Enterprise must not be registered in the Register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if registered, have completed its period of ineligibility for public contracts; The Company must provide its tax certificate issued by Revenu Quebec or, depending on the value of its bid, must provide the contract authorization certificate from the Autorite des marches publics; Provide a certificate of compliance issued by the Commission for Equity and Occupational Health and Safety Standards (CNESST). City Hall hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday inclusive, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday. For any information relating to this call for tenders, bidders must communicate only by email to: info.appeldoffres@vsadm.ca The City of Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the offers received.
