Thus, the mandated Contractor must mobilize all the machinery, labour, materials and tools necessary to drill, blast and crush the rock in the quarry located near the Saint-Augustin airport. The Contractor must also provide all the machinery needed to transport and store the aggregates produced to the identified sites. The Contractor shall restrict access to storage sites, survey the piles of granular materials and produce reports on the volumes produced. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to modify the work to make only part of it and postpone the remaining work to a subsequent phase or to carry out quantities greater or less than those provided for in the schedule.
