Shortlist was uploaded. The City of Blue Ash is Requesting for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Design-Build services including but not limited to demolition of a 7,200 SF golf maintenance building and surrounding buildings, performing site improvements, and construction of a new golf maintenance building for the project known as the Blue Ash Golf Maintenance Facility Project. The City will select and rank no more than three (3) Firms that it considers to be most qualified to provide the required services. The three (3) Firms selected shall be referred to as the "Short-listed Firms" and shall move to the RFP phase and will be provided with a Request for Pricing and Technical Proposal at that time. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code will be required at the RFP stage from Short Listed Firms. Bid Security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. When the total overall project exceeds $250,000 bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, as ascertained and determined by the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) as provided in Section 4115.05 through 4115.034 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. It is anticipated that the Prevailing Wage Law WILL apply to this project. RFQ Submission Packets must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. It is the intent and requirements of the Owner that this project shall be completed no later than Wednesday, April 5, 2023, unless long lead materials or other factors dictate the completion date be extended and is agreed to by all parties. The Council of the City of Blue Ash shall authorize acceptance of agreed to negotiations with the Short-listed Firm that is determined to be the best value. The Council of the City of Blue Ash, Ohio, reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
