Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Blue Ash, Ohio. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Blue Ash is seeking a reputable Tennis Court Maintenance Company to perform tennis court maintenance on 8 tennis courts consisting of approximately 50,000 square feet, Located at 4433 Cooper Road, Blue Ash, Ohio, 45242. The City is requesting for proposals to perform all work related to the outlined scope as indicated herein and as seen on the Scope Attachment to this RFP. This project is over the public bidding threshold requirement and requires us to publically bid the project. This project is also over the prevailing wage threshold, which requires this project to utilize prevailing wages. This project is estimated to cost $125,000. This project consist of, but is not limited to: Pressure washing all surface areas prior to application of new coatings. Repair any low areas holding water (bird bath areas) as called out and agreed to by the owner. Any cracks that create bumps or elevation changes need to be grinded down smooth to court level.
