Site work for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
Campus Green Soccer Backstops System shall include: a. 20' high and 130' long, b. Hoist system for easy net handling c. Professional, powder-coated finish d. Four, 4 round support poles e. Durable, aluminum construction f. 4 mesh net (sized to ensure soccer balls cannot slip through) j. Loam\Seed disturbed areas Noise coordination All noise will be contained. No Radio Music will be allowed. Student occupied space will be handled with the utmost respect. Complaints of excess noise will be handled immediately. Management reserves the right to stop all work if the work causes complaints from other tenants. Any charges, fees and/or other costs associated with scheduled or non-scheduled work stoppage is the responsibility of the contractor doing the work. Parking- Vehicles will be allowed access on site for unloading and loading purposes only. Parking passes will be issued for entry. Passes must be displayed on the dash of the vehicle for proper identification. Any Vehicle parked in unauthorized areas will be towed at the owners' expense. Overnight parking is not permitted, Parking of Trailers must have prior authorization from Facilities and Police RFI's must be submitted to stccbidclerk@stcc.edu by: Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 12 noon
