Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Orillia, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Orillia (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Barnfield Point Recreation Centre - HVAC Improvements, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The City is seeking a qualified and licensed HVAC contractor to provide the necessary labour, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and related works as specified herein, to support the installation of HVAC equipment and related infrastructure at Barnfield Point Recreation Centre. The project is focused on the replacement of an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and Make-up Air Unit (MUA).
